SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Trial Logic, LLC ("Trial Logic," "we," "us").
01Program description
When you opt in, we may send text messages related to inquiries you submit, appointment and scheduling reminders, service and account updates, and security notifications such as one-time passcodes and verification messages.
02Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Trial Logic at that number, including messages sent by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
03Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
04Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Trial Logic does not charge for the messages themselves.
05Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

07Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
